About the Showcase
In the spirit of Blind Boone
In the spirit of John William “Blind” Boone, the Foundation invites public-school students to apply to perform at the home. Selected young musicians share their talent in the very rooms where one of America’s great pianists once lived and played.
Who Can Apply
Open to area public-school students
The showcase is open to public-school students in the Columbia area. Applicants provide their instrument or voice type, a piece or two they’d like to perform, and a teacher or parent contact. There is no fee to apply.
